Confidential space
Dedicated time where the focus is on you, without judgement or pressure to perform.
Counselling is an investment in having dedicated, confidential time with Jayne — time to be heard, understood and supported without judgement.
Each session gives you a private and consistent space to talk about what is happening, reflect on what may be underneath it and begin exploring ways forward.
The counselling relationship matters. Over time, working with the same counsellor can help build trust, safety and a deeper understanding of your experiences, patterns, strengths and needs.
Some people use counselling for short-term support around a specific issue. Others choose longer-term work when things feel complex, longstanding or connected to earlier experiences.
Jayne offers concessions for low income, OAPs and unemployed clients. If cost is a worry, you can mention this when making an enquiry and Jayne can discuss what may be possible.
Jayne can also lower fees for children to assist parents who are financially struggling. The aim is to make support feel more accessible while still protecting the quality and consistency of the counselling relationship.
Bank transfer and cash are available. You can ask about payment, concessions, session frequency or what the first appointment involves before deciding.
A free 15-minute consultation can help you ask questions, explain what you are looking for and get a sense of whether counselling with Jayne feels right.
Dedicated time where the focus is on you, without judgement or pressure to perform.
Jayne brings years of counselling, mental health, care, autism, domestic abuse and child support experience.
Regular sessions can help build safety, trust and continuity as the work develops.
Face-to-face, phone, online and home visit options can be discussed depending on need.
